Terra Trax Teambuilding programs will provide your group or team with a fresh and unified vision. It is proven that a cohesive team is an effective team. We create cohesion among team members by providing experiences that challenge participants to think, act, collaborate and communicate more effectively. We then implement a system that transfers the experience to the work place to unite team members towards goals and achieving results.

We accomplish these goals by using a variety of programs such as Corporate Rescue, Tyrolean Traverse, Jeep Expeditions, or indoor programs such Meeting Breakout Energizers or the fun-filled Tribal Survivor.

We have a proven process of program development called:

The Five Pathways to Success.

1. We work closely with our clients to determine current corporate goals and objectives. We then ask what can we provide that will define success in the program. Discuss potential and real barriers that inhibit teams and individuals from reaching desired goals.

2. Custom design a program that will specifically target goals and implement a plan of action that is tailored to the clients' program expectations.

3. Deliver a program that will achieve stated goals as well as providing a fun and challenging event that increases individual and team spirit!

4. Transfer the impact of the learning experience back to the work environment.
